I had the pleasure of having Dr. Paupoo as my doctor for two pregnancies now. I was first directed to Dr. Paupoo by my insurance company, but I did not know a lot about him as I was new to the world of infertility. As an RN, I not only met many doctors through my clinicals while I was in school, but I now also interact with multiple doctors every day in my career...

Dr. Arasen Paupoo is a phenomenal Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specialist, whose knowledge and experience far exceeds any other physician (including other academic infertility specialists) I have seen. He was not afraid to challenge the incorrect diagnoses I had been given, and dig deeper to unearth other contributing factors to my infertility that had been overlooked. Dr. Paupoo devotes a significant amount of time to each patient. He ensures his patients' understanding of procedures, diagnoses, and plans of care, providing detailed explanations, and backing up his decisions with supporting evidence. Although unheard of in most fertility clinics, I see Dr. Paupoo at each visit, instead of rotating physicians or nurse practitioners, which ensures my continuity of care. As someone who loves to independently research diagnoses and treatments, Dr. Paupoo never dismissed my ideas and instead carefully considered and provided rationales either for or against my suggestions. I underwent diagnostic imaging including a 3D ultrasound and MRI to confirm my uterine anomaly prior to surgery. Two radiologists incorrectly read my MRI. Dr. Paupoo was able to prove without question the correct diagnosis, a complete septate uterus, due to his superior ultrasound skills. I'm a complex infertility patient; I was born with a complete septate uterus and have extensive endometriosis, PCOS, blocked Fallopian tubes, and hormonal imbalance. As such, Dr. Paupoo performed two outpatient surgeries when he removed the endometriosis, corrected my tubes, one of which was formed incorrectly at birth, removed my septum, and removed multiple polyps in my uterus. I had complete faith in Dr. Paupoo and healed without issue. I always felt at ease, as he provides his patients with his cell phone number in case of emergency. Dr. Paupoo has vast experience with all of these problems and is the reason I achieved a natural pregnancy, something other physicians told me I would never be able to experience.

Dr. Paupoo is amazing, a miracle worker, and I can't recommend him enough. I have endometriosis. Dr. Paupoo was the only doctor who was able to diagnose me. I struggled with secondary infertility for 6 years, I saw several other doctors, and none were able to help me. I know that if I hadn't gone to see him, if he hadn't suspected endometriosis and performed my laparoscopic surgery, I would not have been able to conceive again. The surgery made a huge difference! Thanks to him, I was able to have my second child, and now I'm pregnant again- without trying! I have a friend who has PCOS; he was able to help her get pregnant after years of trying as well. I am forever grateful to have found him. I really don't trust anyone else to manage this condition!
Dr. Paupoo is an amazing doctor! We had seen other fertility specialists before being referred to him and it was a night and day difference. Dr. Paupoo spent more time with us at our first appointment than our previous doctor did the whole 6 months she was treating us. Dr. Paupoo treated us as an individual case, not a "one size fits all" model that we had experienced before...
Thanks to Dr. Paupoo, my husband and I will soon be celebrating our twin boys' second birthday. After being labeled as having "unexplained infertility" by another doctor, Dr. Paupoo correctly predicted that I would be diagnosed with endometriosis before even examining me. Within weeks I was having surgery, and just three months and two IUIs later, I was pregnant with not just one, but two precious babies!...

We are so thankful for Dr. Paupoo and his staff for all they did to help us in what can be a very difficult process. Having never had surgery before, I was very nervous about the procedure. Dr. Paupoo made an appointment with me just to answer my multitude of questions. I have friends who went to other practices who barely saw their own fertility doctors (or had to pay an exorbitant fee if they did), and dealt primarily with nurses. Dr Paupoo always takes the time to explain the options and answer any questions.
With Dr. Paupoo, every test, medical treatment, and procedure is thoughtfully chosen for your individual circumstances. We were always allowed to be a part of decision-making process and never felt that we were put on a pre-determined path like some fertility clinics. He is absolutely one of the very best in his field, and we would recommend him to anyone seeking care for infertility or hormonal issues.

I am so grateful to have met you Sir. I am so grateful that you are so caring and patient-focussed. Sir because of you today I have my daughter Khloe and my son Carsten. When every dr gave up on me or didn't care, you never questioned your ability of finding out the cause of my infertility problems. Not only did you find out the cause, then you officially diagnosed me and yet insurance refused to pay for the treatment but you never let that stop you from treating me. Before you Dr Paupoo, I've had a few miscarriages and with you 1 more but that did lead to a diagnosis. You were never late nor cancelled any of my appointments and you took me in when things didn't seem right on short notice. You diagnosed me with severe endometriosis and ovarian cyst and numerous other female problems that is now left in the past. I have not had any pain ever since June 13, 2014 to this day but before that I had so much abdominal pain that affected my daily living for over 9 yrs straight. Dr Paupoo you are my hero to this day, besides my late mom and God you are next. You worked with me and my wonderful husband to keep us not give up throughout the steps of procedure. Dr Paupoo is not just my infertility dr, you were my OB dr as well. You are very trustworthy. You are one of the most intelligent people on earth I've ever met. I wish nothing but the best things in life for you as long as you live. You and your family deserve every good thing that is happening to you. My family and I say thank you Sir. I am writing this message to let other mommy's and future moms aware of Dr Paupoo. Dr Paupoo I am your FAN. I hope one day I would be able to do something tangible for you or your family in my lifetime Sir. Thank you very much for everything you did for me.

After being married for four years and struggling to get pregnant after three years, I was referred to Dr. Paupoo by a close friend, and it's been a life changer since the day I met him. Dr. Paupoo is one of the best doctors I have ever met and been treated by. He ensured we built confidence in him from our first consultation by sharing his knowledge with us as well as explaining all details to us. Dr. Paupoo always took his time to talk to us during each visit, it didn't matter how long our visit would take, but he made it clear that the most important was that we understood where he was coming from. He took his time to study my body and despite my PCOS, and all my lack of hope into motherhood, he told me “Neissa you are easy to get pregnant, and if we don't get very careful with you, you'll end up with multiples". I had moments that I was not happy with his recommendations, but because of my trust in him, I knew they were the right ones for me. I like the fact that he provides his patients with his personal cell numbers to contact him in case of emergency and till this day, I continue to contact him with any questions or concerns. Dr. Paupoo is very knowledgeable of the reproductive and endocrine systems and has it not been from him and his expertise, I would not have been one of the happiest mothers in the world of my IUI princess. Words cannot describe how blessed I feel to have been treated by such a great doctor who has not only treated me as a patient, but as family as well. He was always there for me during the first weeks of pregnancy when I had all types of fears, and always talked to me and supported me throughout the entire pregnancy as well. He is by far the best reproductive endocrinologist out there and I will definitely recommend him to anyone. Thank you very much Dr. Paupoo, you contributed to a great change into my life and I'll forever be grateful for it.

I have three children because of Dr. Paupoo. After consistently suffering miscarriages in the first trimester, that fact alone should speak volumes about his success as a doctor. The very people I love more than I can describe would not be part of my life without him. That would have been more than enough for me in terms of choosing a doctor to manage my reproductive healthcare for years to come. However, over the years his manner of patient care has wholly convinced me that if it were possible, I would have him be the only doctor I ever saw. For beyond his efficacy, never have I been to another doctor who took the trouble to get to know me such as he has taken, who shows genuine interest in my ideas and opinions, and who, instead of remaining at a distance, shares his own ideas and opinions so that I have always felt that I know him, too. He has always made me feel that he holds me in regard as an individual, beyond the care he has shown me as a physician, such that going to every appointment quickly began to feel as if I were going to visit a friend. I know that even if had I not been lucky enough to be able to eventually have children, the quality of his care makes it so I could only ever be full of praise and gratitude. I am so thankful for the role that he has played in my life.

"Dr. Arasen Paupoo is by far the most extraordinary and brilliant doctor I have ever had the honor of knowing. We are a military family and needed a fertility specialist. A Patient Advocate at Offutt AFB referred us to Dr. Paupoo because he accepted Tricare insurance, was highly regarded, and they said his patients all raved about him. Dr. Paupoo never once talked down to us. He laid out all of our options in detail, patiently answered all of our questions, and let us make the decisions we felt were best for us. When the other two fertility clinics in Omaha refused to even see me because I was over 42, and they also refused to accept Tricare insurance, Dr. Paupoo welcomed us with open arms. We are so privileged to have this world-class fertility specialist in Omaha (who trained at the University of Cambridge where IVF was created by Dr. Robert Edwards). Read the reviews of Dr. Paupoo’s other patients on the Tricare portal and Healthgrades website, and you will understand why he is so beloved."

After 7 years of trying on our own, 6 years of active treatment and more miscarriages than I like to count, we decided to give having a child one last try. Thankfully, I ended up in Dr. Paupoo’s office.
Instead of immediately jumping to expensive and exhausting last-resort procedures, Dr. Paupoo took the time to do all of the tests required to help solve the puzzle of my medical issues- tests that no one else had done before starting treatments. He found an issue with my uterus that no one knew was there.

Within a few months, I was pregnant and now we have a beautiful four year old daughter!
We’re currently working with Dr. Paupoo again to try and add to our family. He’s incredibly thorough, kind, thoughtful and patient. He never jumps to conclusions. I’ve always felt like he’s treating ME and MY medical issues, not just how someone would treat “people with problems like mine.”
I honestly thought that I wasn’t going to get to be a mom—I’ll forever be grateful to Dr. Paupoo. He’s truly changed our lives!

I have been under the care of Dr. Paupoo since late 2013. After struggling with symptoms of PCOS for years, I could not find a doctor that was willing to care for me as an individual with a unique set of medical challenges. He takes a great deal of time, energy, and care to treat each of his patients' unique circumstances. He also diagnosed me with endometriosis and has worked hard to get my body more balanced hormonally. Due to my PCOS and endometriosis, fertility was also an issue. My husband and I really hoped to have more children. Shortly after beginning fertility treatments with Dr. Paupoo we successfully conceived our twins. I am so thankful I found Dr. Paupoo. He has a real passion for what he does and it shows in the care he provides to his patients.
I would highly recommend Dr. Paupoo to anyone in need of a reproductive endocrinologist. When I first saw Dr. Paupoo I was a mess! I had just had a miscarriage at 16 weeks (mostly like due to large fibroids I didn’t know I had until after getting pregnant) and I needed surgery to remove them. I went to see Dr. Paupoo at the suggestion of my maternal-fetal medicine physician who explained that Dr. Paupoo specialized in fibroid removal and his surgical techniques would give me the best chance to preserve my fertility...

I went to see Dr. Paupoo at the suggestion of my maternal-fetal medicine physician who explained that Dr. Paupoo specialized in fibroid removal and his surgical techniques would give me the best chance to preserve my fertility. At my initial appointment with Dr. Paupoo, he was VERY thorough in gathering my medical history and my husband’s. Removal of my fibroids proved to be difficult but I trusted that Dr. Paupoo’s ability would lead to a good outcome. I continued to see Dr. Paupoo after I was given the green-light to begin trying to conceive, as he saw signs and symptoms that lead him to believe I would have a difficult time getting pregnant. He was correct! He diagnosed me with PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome). I had known for several years I was different hormonally somehow as I struggled with acne into my late 30’s as well as other symptoms that I had always (incorrectly) attributed to being on birth control. Dr. Paupoo explained PCOS to me and the hormonal implications and how we would work with this diagnosis. He also explained his reasoning and the medical evidence behind every treatment he wanted to try with me, but in the end it was always my decision what the final plan would be. He is always open to suggestions I have and talks through them with me to explain the pros and cons based on medical literature. Dr. Paupoo never seems rushed and makes me feel like I am his only priority when speaking with him. He gave me his personal contact information so I could get hold of him with anything urgent. He is also willing to see challenging patients as he cares more about helping people than about his success rate stats. He won’t give up treating you if you want to continue treatment, but will give you his honest opinion if he believes it won’t work.

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to express my gratitude for the care I received while I was your patient. I would like to say thank you personally. When I came to your office 2 years ago I was pleased with the first visit. Dr. Paupoo, you were very kind and knowledgeable of your practice. I was surprised at how thorough you were in explaining everything to me. When you accepted me as a new patient I had one fallopian tube and severe pain from endometriosis. When you examined me you were very precise with collecting blood work, testing my hormones and explaining to me step by step what options I had available and a plan of care. Dr. Paupoo, during my examination you found that my thyroid was enlarged and immediately sent me to have a scan. I thank you for saving my life, after two biopsy's and finding enlarged nodules , I am thankful to say that it was benign and the doctor is watching it closely. August of 2016 I was afraid to have surgery, and you assured me that it would go well but, would be necessary to have a successful pregnancy. After 5 hours of surgery you removed my fibroids and scar tissue, I was impressed that I had minimal scarring from surgery and I healed with no complications. You came to my hospital room after surgery and followed up with me while at home on bed rest. You have always taken the time to explain things to me and encouraged me to do my own research as well. I did my research on endometriosis, I was impressed during our conversation when you explained to me the correlation between hormones, weight gain and environmental factors. I am grateful to have had a doctor as experienced and passionate as you are about your patients and practice. I hope that you are doing well, please let me know if you will decide to practice at another hospital as I would like to continue my care with you. Thank you so much, I appreciate how you make a difference in your patients’ lives.

After 6 years and 5 doctors, I found Dr. Paupoo in a Google search of “Endocrinologists” in the area. At the time, even having worked within healthcare for 10 years, I had not heard of a Reproductive Endocrinologist. I did some further reading I realized that this was just the type of specialist I needed. Little did I know how lucky I was to find him. We have not gotten pregnant yet but this is the first doctor I’ve found that is not giving up on me, who is willing to listen, and is willing to treat the whole person and not just what’s on paper. He is the first doctor that did not immediately offer up IVF or other invasive and expensive procedures. He is the first doctor who told me “there is something more to this” when other doctors said “just diet more, just exercise more”. You will not find a more attentive and caring doctor than Dr. Paupoo.
There's something that accompanies infertility that's seldom spoke about and that's depression, feelings of anxiety, and often the inability to get out of bed. I knew that when I saw a specialist if they didn't listen to me I was going to have to learn to live the rest of my life with it. The process to meet a specialist meant I was already in my 3rd year of infertility...
My husband and I had been trying to conceive for four years. The first two years, we tried mostly on our own, though while working with physicians. At this point, we were referred to an OB doctor to start actual fertility treatments. After two long years of this, we were finally referred to a fertility specialist. This is how we first met Dr. Paupoo.

At this point, we were referred to an OB doctor to start actual fertility treatments. After two long years of this, we were finally referred to a fertility specialist. This is how we first met Dr. Paupoo.
The start of any fertility treatment is difficult, as it of course involves lots of testing. So, my first few visits were anything but fun, and at times were enough to make me want to give up. Dr. Paupoo himself always seemed very knowledgeable, though blunt. This was a little off-putting at times, too, but I would far prefer someone to be blunt and honest, rather than talk around the subject. He was so confident that I would be able to have a child, I decided to press on.
During the treatments, unlike other doctors, who just left me to manage it all myself, Dr. Paupoo monitored it every step of the way. He changed the fertility drug that I had been using to one with far less side effects. I think what I liked most was that he didn’t just go off from what he saw, he listened to me as his patient, and trusted what I was telling him. He was the first doctor to accurately diagnose me with endometriosis.
Dr. Paupoo recommended surgery to do what he could for the endometriosis. I trusted his advice and had the surgery roughly now seven months after meeting him. Of course, this meant taking a slight break, which turned into longer, due to a family emergency. By this point, I was feeling pretty hopeless. Dr. Paupoo however, was still extremely confident, so I pressed on.
Perhaps, things would have worked sooner, had I insisted on being pressed harder. This, however, is not Dr. Paupoo’s style. He’s not just trying to get you pregnant, but does his best to ensure that it is a healthy pregnancy. Having multiples carries more risk, and pushing too hard can just waste eggs. I’m glad that we took things slow and easy.
Two or three treatments later, about a year now after meeting Dr. Paupoo, we finally got the results we were looking for. I was absolutely stunned to find out that indeed, I was pregnant. Of course, I worried as well, the first three months in pregnancy carry the greatest risk. It eased my anxiety when Dr. Paupoo explained that he monitors you for the first few months. He checks everything to make sure that it’s as healthy of a pregnancy as can be before referring you onto an OB doctor.
I am now 26 weeks pregnant with my miracle baby boy! It felt like a lifetime, but in truth, it didn’t take very long after meeting Dr. Paupoo for this to happen. I would highly recommend him to anyone having problems!

Dr. Paupoo truly saved my life. In 2015, I had the Essure coils put in because I could not take the birth control pill anymore due to another medical condition. I was told the Essure coils were a final birth control solution for me but I honestly did not know how the coils would turn out to be so evil. I should have researched more but I thought that the doctor who told me about them knew more and felt this would be the answer for me. Well turns out the coils were not the answer. A few months after the coils were in, I had started noticing horrible side effects...
After close to a year of my husband and I trying to get pregnant we finally decided to seek expert advice to help in growing our family. After researching infertility specialists we decided to make an appointment with Dr. Paupoo and it was the greatest decision. He spent many personal individualized visits seeking out our infertility problem. After lab draws and discussions we were lucky to find that my problem was that I was not able to ovulate on my own and he knew the specific resolution. After 1 month of taking a medication Dr. Paupoo prescribed called Femara we were blessed in getting pregnant with our little one. Dr. Paupoo was honest, upfront, and passionate throughout this tough time and eased both of us as a couple through one of the most impatient times in our lives. Dr. Paupoo followed the beginning of our pregnancy until he felt it was necessary to discharge us to our OB. We are so thankful we met Dr. Paupoo and owe everything to him for helping us get our beautiful baby girl.
I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Paupoo in 2013; he happened to be working in the same hospital I was working in. I made an appointment and we came up with a plan: I did one round of fertility medication and got pregnant on the first try. I currently have a 4 year old son because of his help. I came back to him in 2017 to try for another child and again, we came up with a plan, I did another round, and low and behold; pregnant again on the first try. I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was in my early teens and was informed by several doctors that I would never be able to have kids. Dr. Paupoo is very precise with his plan and he doesn’t just prescribe you medications without doing a full exam and investigating of any underlying problems as well as the underlying cause of the problem. When we discussed plans of conception, he knew exactly what to do and when to do each step; I know that’s why I got pregnant both times on the first try. I recommend him to friends of friends who are trying and anyone I talk to that needs help.
I would like to share my testimony on how I got to know Dr Paupoo, and how he was able to help me get pregnant. I met Dr Paupoo through a friend she recommended him to me. I had been trying to get pregnant with no luck. I had been going to a different doctor for over 2 years. After I met Dr Paupoo I became his patient. After 2 fertility treatments I became pregnant and now I am 5 months. I am very blessed and I am expecting a baby girl. I recommend Dr Paupoo to any person who is trying to get pregnant. He is an amazing Dr. and person.
